Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, orders and services supplied by Stitchform Ltd.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry, including garment type, quantity, embroidery requirements, artwork and delivery requirements.
Prices may change if the specification or quantity changes.
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Artwork & Logo Files
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork or other designs supplied to Stitchform.
By supplying artwork to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission for us to reproduce it for your order.
Embroidery Digitisation
Artwork may need to be converted into an embroidery-ready format before production.
The embroidered result may vary slightly from digital artwork because of the nature of thread, fabric, garment construction and the embroidery process.
Design Approval
Where a proof or embroidery sample is provided for approval, it is the customer's responsibility to check details carefully, including:
- Spelling
- Colours
- Logo positioning
- Size
- Names and initials
- Other personalisation
Once approval has been given and production has started, changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
Garments
We make every effort to accurately represent garment colours, sizes and specifications. However, colours displayed on screens may vary from the physical product.
Customers should review the relevant size information before approving an order.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed as part of your quotation or order.
Production may not begin until any required deposit or full payment has been received.
Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales but cannot be responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
Custom and Personalised Orders
Products embroidered, personalised or otherwise produced to a customer's specification are made specifically for that customer.
Once production has commenced, these orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled except where the product is faulty, damaged or does not conform to the agreed specification, subject to applicable consumer law.
