Personalised quote requests and artwork — updated 25 October 2026
When you submit a personalised quote request, we receive the contact details and requirements you provide, together with the selected garment information needed to prepare your quote. This can include garment names, variant identifiers or SKUs, sizes, colours, quantities, decoration method and position, design references, estimated charges, notes, an optional required date and artwork links.
Our quote-request form is provided by Powerful Form Builder (Powerful Form). The form provider processes the contact details, selected garment requirements, notes, uploaded artwork and technical submission data needed to operate the form. Uploaded files are configured for private access through the app admin area, separately from Shopify’s shopping cart. Notifications are sent to our store inbox. You may instead supply a shareable artwork link or email artwork to hello@stitchformltd.com. See the provider’s Privacy Policy for its processing details. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, check availability and artwork, prepare the quotation and, if you proceed, administer your order and payment link. A quote request is not a marketing subscription.
Please provide only the personal information needed for your request and ensure you have permission to supply any artwork or personal details included in it. If you need to correct your quote details or raise a privacy request, contact hello@stitchformltd.com. The other data protection provisions and rights in this Privacy Policy continue to apply.
Saved quote selections on your device
Your selected personalised garments, sizes, colours, quantities, decoration details and quote reference are stored in your browser so you can review a request across pages. These selections are separate from the Shopify shopping cart and are sent to our form provider when you submit the quote request. Artwork uploads and the contact details entered in the form are not stored in this saved quote basket. Use “Start a new quote” to clear its selections, or clear this website’s browser storage. Clearing storage before submission can remove your selections. Submitted requests remain subject to our retention policy and your rights above.
