Turnaround times vary depending on:

• Embroidery complexity
• Artwork approval
• Personalisation requirements

An estimated completion or delivery timeframe will normally be provided with your quotation or order confirmation.

Production times begin after all necessary artwork, approvals and payments have been received.

Delivery

Orders can be delivered to addresses within the UK using our selected delivery partners.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be confirmed before your order is finalised.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the carrier's service.
