We aim to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our embroidery and printing.
Turnaround
Turnaround times vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Garment availability
- Decoration complexity
- Artwork approval
- Personalisation requirements
An estimated completion or delivery timeframe will normally be provided with your quotation or order confirmation.
Production times begin after all necessary artwork, approvals and payments have been received.
Delivery
Orders can be delivered to addresses within the UK using our selected delivery partners.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be confirmed before your order is finalised.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the carrier's service.
Urgent Orders
If you have a specific event or deadline, please tell us when requesting your quotation. We will confirm whether we can accommodate the required date before accepting the order.
Personalised quote requests — updated 25 October 2026
All embroidery and printing requests, regardless of quantity or value, are reviewed before payment. Personalised garment selections are submitted through a separate quote request and are not added as purchasable items to the shopping cart. Plain, undecorated garments use the normal Shopify shopping cart and checkout independently.
Submitting a quote request does not place an order or reserve stock. We check garment availability, artwork, the requested delivery date and delivery charges before confirming your quotation and sending a separate Shopify invoice or payment link. A date entered on the request form is a request, not a guaranteed deadline.
Personalisation production time starts after we receive the required payment, suitable artwork and design approval. We confirm the production and delivery timetable before payment. Express shipping is a delivery service after dispatch; it does not speed up production unless expressly agreed in writing. Standard UK delivery is £5.99 below £69 and free from £69 after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Other delivery services are confirmed in your quotation before payment.
